What forms of payment do you accept?

How long will it take to receive my order?

If your item is not custom made the usual shipping time is a 5-8 business days. However, this is an estimate and USPS can take up to 10 days to deliver. Custom tutus are made to order. Due to this, please allow two weeks from the date purchased to receive your order. If you need the item sooner, please contact us prior to placing your order. Note My Enchanted Online is not responsible for any lost, stolen or unclaimed packages. Please make sure your shipping address isentered correctly.

What are your tutu sizes?

We have several styles of tutus that we offer; because of this the sizes may vary. Each style of tutu has its own page and on that page is a measurement list that breaks down the size by waist and length. These sizes are based on the average child. If your child is smaller or bigger than the average child’s age or measurement, please contact us with a specific measurement. If you need a size that is not listed, please feel free to contact us and we will try to find a tutu appropriate for the measurements given or suggest our custom couture tutu which can be made in any size.

How do I take care of my tutu?

Cleaning this fabric takes detail and care. We recommend that you spot treat your tutu with soap and water. Don’t rub vigorously because the tulle may rip or become damaged. Hang your tutu in the bathroom and run hot water in the shower. The steam will take the wrinkles right out. Never place tulle in the dryer as it will become dry and brittle and could be ruined.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom made tutus are handmade for your specific needs when ordered. Because of this, all sales are final. Please be sure to review your items carefully, before placing your order, to ensure you are getting exactly what you want. If it’s an accessory item and if we have not processed your order you may cancel or change your order.

What is your return policy?

Because most of our tutus are custom made just for you, we cannot accept returns or give refunds. However, upon receiving your items in the mail, if it is not what you ordered, we will gladly accept that return and send you an exchange.

What do I do about damaged goods?

If the product you received is damaged a full refund in the form of payment used will be issued to you. We will need to be notified 2-3 days after your product was received. Once the product is shipped to us your refund will be issued to that form of payment.

What warranty do you give?

No warranties or refunds are given for wear and tear of an item sold.
